Sometimes the equipment value exceeds our removal cost and you receive a check. On older, stripped or badly access-restricted Miramar scopes, the removal cost exceeds the value and the project nets near zero or a modest fee. How do you handle transformer oil in Miramar?
Oil is tested, drained and manifested through licensed handlers, and you receive the documentation with your paperwork. PCB-suspect units go under a separate waste profile. Nothing is left on your pad in Miramar and nothing gets dumped — the handling cost is already in the offer.
When do we get paid?
