Motor Control Centers: the specification
What we take
Full MCC line-ups still bolted in place, individual vertical sections, combination starter buckets from size 0 through size 6, soft-start and VFD sections, feeder buckets, metering sections, and loose buckets by the pallet. Medium-voltage MCCs with their contactors and fuses included.
What sets the number
Line-up generation, bucket population and whether the buckets match a currently supported structure. A CENTERLINE or Model 6 line-up with a full complement of good buckets prices as reusable equipment. An obsolete structure with empty cubicles prices on the copper bus, the steel and whatever buckets remain. VFD sections with intact drives carry their own value.
How we get it out
Buckets come out first and get palletized. The structure gets disconnected, unbolted, split at shipping splits and skated out. Grouted bases get cut free. Whole line-up gone in a day or two on most jobs.
