What we take
Everything electrical in a facility being closed, sold or demolished: the incoming substation, switchgear, MCCs, transformers, substations, panelboards, wire and cable in tray and conduit, motors, drives, lighting, generators and transfer switches. One walk-through, one lot number, one crew.
What sets the number
The mix. Copper-heavy plants with modern gear price high. Plants with obsolete equipment and heavy demolition cost price lower because our labor is in the number. We show you the arithmetic: resale value of reusable gear, plus recovered metal, minus teardown and freight. What is left is your offer.
How we get it out
Mobilize a crew, sequence the removal around your other contractors, work the plant floor by floor and area by area, and leave the building broom-clean with documentation for anything regulated. Schedules of two days to two months, depending on scope.
